Testimonial When my husband drove our brand new Dodge Charger through a construction zone and got tar all over it I didn't know whether to cry or punch him in the face, thanks to Goo Gone I did neither! We sprayed it on, waited a minute and the tar wiped right off, our white car looks like new again. Thanks for inventing a solution that's strong enough to remove dried on tar, but gentle enough it didn't take the clear coat off of our new car! October 22, 2013
candlewax buster this saved my carpet when I spilled a large candle... August 13, 2013
This product has no limit ! I have used this Goo-Gone for years to remove the adhesive on my archery arrow shafts when the old raps need to be replaced , it works wonders and makes the task is easy to do , thanks Goo-Gone ! March 12, 2013
Problem solved! I shook, then opened the top of a Silver paint pen to apply a name to gift bags. The pen broke in half allowing a big puddle of silver paint to flood into my hands, all over my wedding ring ,on the wood table and thenproceed to the run onto the wood floor. The paper napkin only inches away seemed like the best solution to clean up this mess.NOPE, the napkin only soaked up some of the paint and then smeared the residual paint into the dining room table .OH SNAP!!! what to do now.. the paint was now thin and drying. HONEY get out of the bathroom HELP ME!!!What do I do now??? =Goo Be Gone popped into my head!I reluctantly used Goo Be Gone as my brain kept telling me…” This stuff has to remove varnish from wood. What is better Silver wood or wood with no finish??”I began to apply the Goo BE Gone… I am , my ring is, the table is, and the floor all look as they did prior to the catastrophe! To answer my suspicion on the varnish being destroyed, I began to read the directions on the back of the bottle and found that it does not and a good soap and water washing after application is best.Thankfully clean and all looks as before! Amazing There is no other way to describe this product. As a mom who hates stains with a son who loves stickers it is indispensible. October 2, 2012
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! You were a life saver today. Dear Goo Gone,Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! You were a life saver today. We woke up this morning to the police knocking on our door to let us know that our vehicles parked in our driveway had been vandalized by someone SPRAY PAINTING ALL OVER THEM!!! The vehicles belonged to my two teenage daughters. They cried when they saw their cars. We tried warm soap and water, but the spray paint was not coming off. Then, I thought… hey, what about Goo Gone! We went into our pantry where we keep the Goo Gone and applied it to the spray paint on the car. Sure enough, with just some gentle rubbing with a towel once the Goo Gone was applied, the spray paint started coming off. We tried just a small area to make sure that the Goo Gone wouldn’t do anything to the car paint itself. Once wiped away with a towel, it was like new. We had to go to the store to pick up some more Goo Gone just because of the amount of spray paint on the cars, but it didn’t take much once applied. The Goo Gone completely removed all of the spray paint from the vandals and my daughters where smiling once again!!!THANK YOU GOO GONE. June 11, 2012
Fast, effective, bearable odor I forgot to cover my PC keyboard as I sprayed an aerosol glue on the ceiling above. Two days later, I realized it. GooGone was the perfect solution. It easily removed the sticky mess. December 12, 2011
