So Long, Stickers

We swear, we’re not in cahoots with the sticker people. But we get why you’d think that. It seems like everything you buy comes with stubborn, miserable price stickers. We’ve seen them on glass picture frames, wine glasses, books, dinnerware, clothes, antiques, video games, car windows and hundreds of other things. Most of the time they’re stuck in the worst possible spot too. We wish it weren’t so, but luckily Goo Gone Spray Gel can help.

We’re the great equalizer between you, stickers and infinite rage. Here’s how to remove the stickiest of stickers with Goo Gone Spray Gel.

  1. Spray onto the sticker. Allow the liquid to soak into the sticker for 1-3 minutes to start breaking down the adhesive
  2. Use a putty knife, plastic scraper or even a fingernail to peel the sticker off. It will likely come off in pieces. Re-apply Goo Gone as necessary so it can break down all of the adhesive.
  3. After all of the sticker and residue is removed, wash the surface with hot, soapy water.
Test on an inconspicuous area first. Do not use on silk, leather, suede, rubber, faux stainless steel, drywall, unfinished wood surfaces, unsealed stone. If you removed a sticker from clothing, launder the items separately in warm water.
